PhoenixECG engagements serve organizations generating $1M+ in annual revenue at Stage 6 (Altitude) through Stage 9 (Legacy). If the organization isn't yet at that stage, the right path forward is through one of the other brands in the ecosystem — and Ferdinand will point you there directly.

First 20 minutes
Ferdinand listens. He asks about the organization — its stage, its challenges, its leadership structure, and what the conversation is really about. No form. No intake questionnaire. A direct conversation.

The Response
Next 20 minutes
Ferdinand tells you what he sees — where the organization is on the Enterprise Journey™, what it needs, and which engagement, if any, is the right fit. He will be direct. If the fit isn't right, he will say so and tell you why.

The Decision
Final 5 minutes
If the fit is right and the organization is ready to proceed, the engagement structure is confirmed. If not, you leave with a clear picture of where the organization stands and what the right path forward looks like.
